Fundación Alsuper AC is a civil organization based in the city of Chihuahua, which was founded in 2013 with the firm objective of promoting social development through the promotion, organization and development of development, as well as charitable and philanthropic activities focused on the most vulnerable groups in our society in terms of education and health.
In 2016 Fundación Alsuper A.C. began its educational program: Colegio Alsuperarte, which consisted of the creation and operation of a primary and secondary school with extended hours and with a social sense in the Villas del Real III Etapa neighborhood of the city of Chihuahua.
The College was born as an initiative of Eng. Sergio Mares Delgado, president of our Foundation and General Director of Grupo Alsuper. Always thinking about the good of society and the community, his vision is to return a little of what they have given us. Its primary commitment is to offer access to quality education to a part of the vulnerable population of our state, and to motivate the private and public sectors to replicate the project to benefit more families throughout the state.
We began work at our facilities in April 2018. Our goal is to provide them with the vision and the necessary tools to reach university, benefiting them with an educational program inspired by KIPP (Knowledge is Power Program) aimed at both academic training of excellence, as well as character development.
We start with the 2029 generation, the year they will enter university and we currently have children enrolled up to 4th grade, benefiting 256 students. We are about to open 5th year in August, welcoming our 2033 generation.
Through a quality, inclusive and innovative education, Colegio Alsuperarte seeks to develop to the maximum the capacities of our students so that they become people of integrity and successful both personally and professionally, also contributing to achieve a positive change in their community.
The opening of the Alsuperarte School is the largest project of the Alsuper Foundation, a high-impact project that helps us develop the capacities of children and young people, helping them to build a better future for themselves, their families and their communities, in that their socioeconomic conditions are not a limitation.

KIPP was born 20 years ago in the United States as a national network of free public schools for disadvantaged communities.
This Educational System has as its principle an alliance between parents, students and teachers who put learning first, which ensures that each one will do what is necessary to help the student learn.
How does it work? The model requires parents to make a COMMITMENT to the education of their children.
We belong to The 1 World Network of Schools that was born in 2014 to unite all KIPP-inspired schools outside the United States.
