What inspires me to work at PEM is seeing the results of our efforts reflected in our children and teenagers who grow up with values and make positive changes in their families, communities, and society.
Realizing that your work contributes to the commitment that Promesa Educativa has with the children and teenagers of Chihuahua, providing them with high-quality educational programs that support their integral development and turn them into agents of positive change in their communities, is a huge honor.
The strong commitment we have as a team to support the childhood and youth of Chihuahua is what inspires me. The search for resources, the spaces we create, and the genuine interest that Promesa Educativa has in the well-being of our users constantly challenge me to give my best and motivate others to achieve their goals.
At PEM, I’ve had the privilege of helping to transform lives by fostering positive education, developing character strengths, and caring for the emotional well-being of children and teenagers. I’m deeply motivated by the trust placed in us to make a difference in each life we touch.
PEM means more than a job for me; it´s a life misión. The opportunity to influence the lives of children and teenagers energizes and excites me every day. We contribute to their all inclusive development and share tools for a better future.
Tanto los niños de cada Programa como una servidora, hemos encontrado un lugar en donde florecer.
Me inspira trabajar en PEM al ver los frutos del trabajo reflejados en nuestros niños, niñas y adolescentes que crecen con valores y se forman haciendo un verdadero cambio positivo dentro de su familia, de su comunidad y de la sociedad.
Saber que con tu trabajo estás contribuyendo al compromiso que tiene Promesa Educativa con los niños y adolescentes de Chihuahua, otorgándoles programas con calidad educativa que les ayudan a su desarrollo integral, convirtiéndolos en agentes de cambio positivo en sus comunidades, es un gran orgullo.

Me inspira el alto compromiso que tenemos como equipo para trabajar a favor de la niñez y juventud chihuahuense. Los espacios, la búsqueda de recursos y el interés genuino que tiene Promesa Educativa a favor de nuestros usuarios me inspira a dar siempre lo mejor de mí y motivar al resto a lograr las metas.
En PEM he tenido la oportunidad de contribuir a la transformación de vidas a través de la educación positiva, las fortalezas del carácter y el cuidado del bienestar emocional de los niños, niñas y adolescentes. Me motiva la confianza que depositan en nosotros para ser partícipes en la transformación de cada vida.
EPM es más que un trabajo para mí; es una misión de vida. Inspirarme en la posibilidad de ser parte del cambio en la vida de niñas, niños y adolescentes me llena de energía y pasión cada día. Contribuimos a su desarrollo integral y brindamos herramientas para un futuro mejor.
